Terms of Service

Gastry.cz is a specialized server operated by Adsy Marketing s.r.o., ID 17218926, VAT CZ17218926, with registered office at Radniční 133/1,370 01 – České Budějovice, hereinafter referred to as the Operator.

The server enables the use of SaaS (Software as a Service) – online ordering system, which is suitable for most catering companies.

The customer, the user of the service, can be an entrepreneurial natural person or a private company, which has registered its business in the Gastry system and has an active subscription. Hereinafter referred to as Subscriber.

All services of the Gastry.cz web portal are provided to users on the basis of activation of the selected subscription tariff, see the price list.

Gastry Terms of Service:

1. Registration and Subscription Ordering:
   1. Registration of a new business is done through a form on the website.
   2. Registration of a new business is subject to approval by the Operator.
   3. The new registration is approved and completed upon activation of the subscription.
   4. The Subscriber selects the type of subscription (e.g. Basic, Basic, Premium).
   5. Payment for the subscription is made online via a payment gateway.
   6. Payment can only be made by credit card online.
   7. After payment, the service is activated and the company can start using all the features of its selected plan.
